We start this course off by diving right in! In this lecture you are exposed to what a Theory of Change looks like and how it us used.
In this lesson we introduce the Theory of Change. By the end of this lecture you will be able to describe the steps to craft your Theory of Change.
In this class we look at examples of Theory Of Change and start working on yours.
By the end of this lecture you will be able to collect your group's ideas and map them to the basic skeleton of the Theory of Change.
Here we walk through a process to craft your mission. Move from ideas to values and ultimately to a mission statement.
Test your assumptions, unearth your biases and cover your reveal your blind spots. Going through this process will safeguard you from missing vital information that could inhibit your success.
Why do some of the same problems persist? Is it because we are using single loop learning? Here we learn how to use double loop learning to address permeant challenges.

The Balanced Scorecard is a powerful tool to measure your impact and track your results. In this demo lecture I briefly outline this tool.
The Logic Model is the most popular program evaluation tool, used by organizations such as the United Nations, Natwest and RAND corporation. In this class we outline the basic elements of this tool.

The world is a diverse place. As such, our personal and professional lives comprise living and working with different types of people. This diversity adds richness but it can also add moments of misunderstanding.
The next section aims to equip all members of an organization with the basic understanding of cultural difference. In this section we look at issues such as religion, gender, race and class.
