Hi there. It's probably easier starting off my Bio by telling you who I'm NOT.

I'm not a life coach.

I'm not a doctor of psychology.

I'm not a self proclaimed expert in any field.

So who the hell am I?

I am an ordinary bloke living an ordinary life and enjoying every minute of it.

I live in Belfast, Northern Ireland, with my wife Mary and our 8 month old son Seb.
