Entrepreneurs & Business Owners have to be many things at once.
We are required to be Creative, Logical, Critical, Impartial, Fast moving, Fast thinking, Ambitious, Realistic, etc, etc, etc.
This is a pressure unlike any other and it's so easy to fall into the hands of what is quite possibly the worst thing that can happen to an entrepreneur…… PROCRASTINATION!!
That horrible, nasty word.
Procrastination happens due to stress and stress happens due to overwhelm.
Many people don’t realise that Procrastination is actually a stress buster (it’s just not a very good one!).
We procrastinate when we are faced with a challenge because that challenge stresses us out, especially if the challenge seems impossible to overcome.
The Disney Method is a 4 stage exercise that was created by NLP Master Practitioner Robert Dilts.
Dilts was inspired by the way famous visionary Walt Disney would bring even the most ambitious creations to life. And I don’t just mean his cartoons, I’m speaking of his business creations, his entrepreneurship, his vision.
Walt Disney would work through this 4 stage method if he was ever stuck on an idea and struggling to move forward.
The exercise is built around Perspective, Logic and Planning. It allows any one person or group of people to create an idea or solve any problem using the 4 different perspectives of 4 different groups.
These groups are called:
One of the most effective things about the technique is that one group of people can act as all 4 different perspectives, so you don’t require a large group to complete the exercise (you can even complete the exercise completely alone).
So if you are an entrepreneur or business owner and you find yourself hitting mental, emotional or even physical blocks - this is an incredible way to not only overcome that overwhelm, but also find answers to the questions that haunt you.
In 2006 I became one of the world’s youngest fully qualified NLP practitioners at 16 years old, graduating from The Hummingbird Effect Academy in London, England.
I then went on to train with Tony Robbins, aged 17.
Over the past 10 years, I've travelled the world.
I’ve walked the streets of Kuala Lumpa. Surfed the waves of Bali. Prayed in the Temples of Indonesia. Slept on the beaches of Portugal and even taught Acting Classes to underprivileged inner city kids in New York City.
Before, during and after attending Drama School in London I became a successful actor. I’ve acted alongside the likes of Benedict Cumberbatch in the film 2013 film ‘Little Favour’, as well as Christian Bale and Tom Hardy in the 2012 film ‘The Dark Knight Rises’.
Throughout all of this I have been building and running my Life Coaching business as 'The Aspiration Coach' for many years now.
I work with individuals that want to improve their lives and their careers in any way that they can.
I work with people that want to work towards their dreams and aspirations using my logical approach that always achieves results.
I work with corporations and organisations to help them better improve their employee engagement and I deliver keynote speeches on subjects such as weight-loss, motivation, confidence, public speaking, etc.
I have surrounded myself with some of the worlds most successful people, people that are driven, determined and utterly aspirational - it's because of this that my series of online products are all about how successful people think and act.
Now I use this knowledge and experience to help other's ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS!
