Hello I’m Tom,

I have a Master's degree in Tax law, but since i hate finance i started to repair mobile devices. First in general repair but then i rolled into iPhone logic board repair. And now i am addicted to repairing them. I LOVE IT. And I want to share my excitement with the rest of you.

Hi, I’m Michael Huie, I have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. I started repairing iPhone logic boards on a microscopic level about a year and half ago.  I started microsoldering because I accidentally took off a 01005 component from a customer’s iPhone during a routine screen repair.  If you don’t know what a 01005 component is, then imagine a small component the size of a pinhead.  Now, imagine trying to solder the tip of the pinhead to a logic board. I’ve learned a lot since that time.   I’m here to share with everyone my journey into the world of microscopic board level repair.  Enjoy!
