Section 3: Selling Gigs

You will see various social networks in which you can promote your Gig. To promote your Gig, just click an icon and fill out the details.

Boost traffic to your Gigs by creating your badge and embedding it on your website or blog.


If buyers are having trouble finding what they're looking for or have a special request, they can submit a Gig request. Gig requests matching the subject for a Gig you offer will appear on the Recent Buyer Requests page.

  • Impressions: These are impressions from Fiverr (last 30 days), which is the number of times your Gig appeared in the thumbnails (i.e. on home page, category/subcategory page, search, and user page).
  • Clicks from Impressions: These are clicks from impressions (last 30 days), which is the number of clicks after a user saw it one on the homepage, category/subcategory page, search, and user page.

  • Total Pageviews: These are total page views (last 30 days), which is the the number of page views on the actual Gig page.

  • Conversion Rate: This the average from the total page views divided by orders.

The Sales Analytics page displays statistics in various regarding your sales, activities, etc.


Keeping your rates over 90% is very important.

  • Responsiveness (or Response Rate): This tracks how quickly you respond to the first inbox message from a potential buyer within 24 hours of receiving that message. Response time is based on the last 30 days of a your activity.

Custom Offers: These are exclusive offers that a seller can create in response to specific requirements of a buyer.


In the Manage Sales page, you can get an overview of all your orders, from active orders to past orders.

  • Once logged in, place your mouse over your username and click Selling > Manage Sales.

Here are the following order statuses:

  • Priority: These are orders that require additional actions, such rejected orders, late orders, etc.
  • New: These are new orders you've received.
  • Active: These are orders you are currently working on (In Progress), or an order that was placed, but information wasn't submitted so it hasn't started yet.
  • Late: These are orders, which have yet to be delivered 24 hours after the delivery date.
  • Delivered: These are all the orders you've delivered, but are not yet marked as completed by the buyer.
  • Completed: These are all the orders you've completed. Clicking on the order in the list will take you to that ordered.
  • Cancelled: These are all the cancelled orders, whether by mutual cancellation or Customer Support cancellation.

IFTTT is a great tool to track your orders.


To withdraw funds from your account:

  1. Once logged in, place your mouse over your username and click Selling > Revenues.
  2. If you have money available in the AVAILABLE FUNDS area, then you have three possible options to withdraw funds.

Soy un geólogo que lleva trabajando más de 10 años en El Salvador (CA) en temas relacionados con la gestión de riesgo de desastres. He realizado caracterizaciones de inundabilidad y susceptibilidad a movimientos de ladera, planes de gestión de riesgo municipales y de ordenamiento territorial.

En cuanto a mi formación académica, me licencié en geología por la Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona; estudié un posgrado en Hidrología subterránea en la Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya y un Máster en geología experimental en la Universitat de Barcelona.
