Tim Dee, Traithlete and Ironman certified coach in training

I have been a lover of triathlon for many years. Along the way I have spend days/months/years researching everything from the perfect bottle holder to effective training techniques and the equipment that actually worth buying. I have created this course to reflect my years and years of research, testing and knowledge in this field in the hope to help others get into the sport without endless contradictory info now available on the internet.
