Here results from Happiness Audit 1 Satisfaction with Life scale are discussed and the second Happiness Audit tool is introduced. In the resources section one can download Happiness Audit 2 PANAS, then following instructions fill in P and N scores in Assignment 2. This is Positive and Negative affect scale and answer 20 questions about experience of emotions. Results are discussed in next lecture.

Aija Bruvere is a coaching psychologist and business consultant currently living and working in Sydney, Australia. She graduated from SSE Riga with Bsc in Economics and Business and later received a Masters degree in Social Sciences from the University of Latvia . In recent years she has made the transition from running her own business to helping others improve their productivity and outcomes. She has obtained her Graduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology from University of Sydney, with particular focus on applied Positive Psychology, she is passionate about sharing scientific research and making it applicable.
