Processes are everywhere within your organisation, and underpin all work activity. Unfortunately, they are often not optimally managed - operating in silos, without clear boundaries, no purpose or ownership, and managed by people who have had minimal or no training in process management.

The purpose of this course is to you to see how the ability to be able to understand and have mastery over your organisation's processes is a powerful tool which will give you and your organisation a competitive advantage.

This course has been designed to:

    a. Help you to build your knowledge and skills around processes.

    b. Teach you how to implement these skills and knowledge within your organisation.

    c. Make you aware of the common mistakes people make and misconceptions people have about processes and how to avoid them.

This course is designed for, but not limited to, people in functional roles within organisations who are interested in building their knowledge and skills in how to understand processes better.
