This course is designed for anyone who wants to get started in meditation, everything they need to know to begin a successful practice to positively change their life. I break down why people have trouble when trying to meditate and how to have success this time. In over 25 years of meditation I have seen so many people benefit from it and I believe everyone can and should do it. Despite people thinking their brain is “not wired for meditation” anyone who wants to will be able to have success with my technique. This is because I put your mind on a path and use your inner energy or Chi to hold your attention.   

My specific technique is one in which the practitioner learns within their meditation how to move the inner energy within their body, known as Chi (Qi) to remove negative energy or emotions and bring in positive ones. This allows a person to feel more energy, happier, and healthier and raise their vibration to manifest all that they are able to.

I show you a specific technique for meditation for incorporating your Qi (or Chi) as a way of removing negative energy or emotions and adding in the positive emotions you want. You will have a complete tutorial of what to do and how to meditate with me guiding you through it.


Structure

The course has videos explaining why most people don’t meditate and how to overcome that. Understanding all the different meditation, and which will be best for you. What posture to take and not to take? What should you expect in a short time doing this. The basics of the course can be completed in less than 30 minutes and the guided meditations are all under 15 minutes.

 

Guided Meditations Included

You get four guided meditations all under 15 minutes long. They show you how to move connect with your chi or inner energy and how to move it. Also ways to ground yourself, bring in positive energy and emotions, and remove negative ones. Understand what your chakras are and how to align and balance them for mental and physical health. They also have high frequency sounds in order to help raise your vibration, shamanic drums, and other relaxing music to clear and recharge your energy.

What are the requirements?

All you need is a relaxing place to sit. I like to use something to cover my eyes so that no light gets in but you don’t need it. Easiest place is to sit up in your bed in the morning before you start your day and/or at night before you go to sleep.

Section 2: Section 2 - Understanding Meditation Techniques

There are many different types of meditations. One of my favorites is Zen meditation, however many people find this difficult because they can't escape their thoughts.

In this video, I show a technique for how to access your Qi (chi) or inner energy and use this in your meditation to detox and remove negative energy caused by anxiety, fear, jealousy etc and add the energy of emotions you want to feel such as joy or contentment.

Section 3: Guided Meditations

- Barrier of light – a way to charge and cleanse your energy, go into an alpha state and get out of your thoughts. My first meditation in all of my classes.

This is the first and foundation of the series of no-fluff, advanced
meditations made simple that create a specific result that can change
things within your life often immediately. When you travel to study with
Monks or Shamans they don’t play relaxing music, but use techniques to
give you the results you desire in your life, at the level of your soul,
as is with these meditations I am passing along to you.

15 Minute Meditation -

The end of the meditation is only a suggestion for you to finish after
learning the specific technique presented. If you obtain a deep state of
meditation and prefer to stay in that after my guided instructions are
completed, just close your computer or audio device and sit for as long
as you decide you feel complete. I often sit in silent awareness of my
breath or body or energy I have created during my meditation, long after
my meditative activity is complete.

The breathing exercises in the beginning before the technique play an
important role in the meditation and in themselves are a technique used
as a meditation. Find your peace in this place, so that you can use this
by itself whenever you choose to just do a Zen relation meditation.

Throughout your day, with simple stresses it is normal to have your
internal chi scatter, spending valuable energy on people, places, or
situations. Once understanding this technique, this meditation will show
you how to protect yourself from that and bring more positive energy
within, with a few simple steps.

- Emotional Extraction – A powerful way to remove any negative emotions and bring you back to feeling yourself.


This meditation is especially good if you are carrying a strong negative emotion such as a break up, anxiety, depression, feeling of betrayal, job loss, nervousness or any bad feeling you have that you want to get rid of. It can be powerful to remove negative emotions well as your emotional prison of jealousy, suspicion, skepticism, frustration, anger, lack of patients, sadness, helplessness, neediness, fear, bitterness, and anything you can identify you don’t like within your mind or just an entity you feel has been weighing on you and taking your energy. It is best to do this on the floor, (versus your bed or a chair) since we will be putting the energy to the earth and it is often easier to visualize when you are on the floor. You can sit on a pillow, raising your hips above your knees and with your back against a wall or some other support. Although most meditations can and are better used proactively, this can be used in a constricting moment. If you want to skip the preliminary relaxation and go to the technique, start at three minutes in (3:00).

- Chakra Technique Meditation – Powerful way to charge each of the energy centers in your body giving you better results in areas of your life such as grounded-ness, sex, creativity, self-esteem, compassion, expression, insight and connection to spirit.

The Seven Chakras Healing Technique Within our body there are seven energy centers known as “chakras”. They begin at the groin area, move up through the vertical center of the body, and end at the crown of the head. Each one of the seven chakras affects different aspects of our reality and connect our mind and energy body to our physical body. They send and receive information from the outside world and communicate out or bring into our inner world. Healthy chakras are open and vibrant providing holistic well-being and are the doorway to higher consciousness. Unhealthy chakras are small or closed causing emotional and physical issues.


In this meditation I show you how to open, cleanse and detox the chakras easily, using Chi energy, Earth energy, Color Healing, and Sound Healing. Throughout the meditation you will hear the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls in notes that correspond with the particular chakra we are charging. You will also here shamanic drums, didgeridoo (didge), flute and other high frequency sounds to help raise your vibration and take you into and alpha state in order to cleanse and charge the chakras.

In brief, starting from the bottom up, the first chakra resonates with the life lesson of survival; the second with sexuality and creativity; the third with personal power, assertiveness, and self-esteem; the fourth with love and forgiveness; the fifth with expression, communication and will; the sixth with intuition, wisdom, and beliefs; and the seventh with transcendence, spirituality, and presence. 


 Location 1. The Root Chakra (first) is located directly at the base of the spine, or the coccyx. 2. The Sacral Chakra is located in the lower abdomen and encompasses feelings, creativity, and sexuality. 3. The Solar Plexus Chakra is located just above the navel and below the chest. 4. The Heart Chakra is located at the center of the chest and is the focus for love and understanding. 5. The Throat Chakra is located in the throat area between the chin and the top of the sternum and is linked to powers of communication and self-expression. 6. The Third Eye Chakra is located in the center of the forehead, right above our eyes. This chakra, linked to the pineal gland, is related to our perception beyond the physical realm. 7. The Crown Chakra is located at the very top of the head and is associated directly with dealings of the higher mind, spirit, universe, and the divine.
