TCM treatment for children and youth issues has existed for thousands of years; especially the approach of TCM Paediatric Massage technique. This technique is safe, painless and free of side effects. This technique is especially suitable for children & youth between 1 to 10 years of age.

Through engaging and meaningful discussions, participants will be introduced to the physiological characteristics of infants and children, the common illnesses that they face and the different methods of diagnosis. Participants will also learn how to prevent and treat these illnesses through common Chinese herbal diet and via the use of the TCM Paediatric Massage technique.

Dr Clement Ng (黄欣杰博士) is a registered practitioner of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) from Singapore. He serves as council Member of Singapore Chinese Physicians' Association, Singapore Acupuncture Association, Independent Member of Singapore National Mirror Working Group for ISO/TC 249 under the Singapore Bio-medical Standards Committee.

Dr Clement Ng was the Vice Principal of Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the oldest and largest training institution of TCM in South East Asia, and had held senior positions with companies in the TCM Industry. He is effectively bi-lingual and bi-culture in English and Chinese.

He has a Doctor Degree of Medicine in Chinese Medicine from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, a MBA in Strategic Management from Nanyang Business School, Singapore Nanyang Technological University (NTU), a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering from NTU.

Dr Clement Ng has been in clinical practice and conducting courses and seminars on TCM in both English and Chinese since 2006. Clement Ng holds the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) awarded by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA).

1993年以优等奖成绩在新加坡南洋理工大学获得电脑(计算机)科技工程学士,1994年至1998年间分别获得由英国特许市务学会及新加坡市场学院授予营销管理研究生文凭和高级主管亚太市场管理文凭,并在1998年获亚太营销联盟授予专业亚太市场营销师认证。2001年在新加坡南洋理工大学商学院获得工商管理硕士学位,研究方向为国际化战略管理,研究论文《影响新加坡“上游”中小企业公司国际化的决定因素》。2009年完成系统中医教育。2014 年完成中医博士课程, 师从中国南京中医药大学龚捷宁教授,研究方向为糖尿病中医治疗研究,研究论文《糖尿病湿热证的辨治研究》。
