Marisa is a Holistic Health Practitioner and Intuitive Eating Counselor. She supports clients to re-learn their natural body cues and become their own nutrition expert, reprogram their mindset to end binge and emotional eating cycles, and re-design their habits so it’s easy to live a healthy lifestyle.
Amy Krasner is a Holistic Nutritionist and Natural Chef. She helps clients to increase their energy, improve their digestion and lose weight so they can live happier and healthier lives. Amy has experience working with diabetes, thyroid imbalances, high blood pressure, and cholesterol.
Marisa Molina is the Co-Founder of Hello Beautiful Health, a health and lifestyle consulting company based in La Jolla, California. She is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with a Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology. She has more than 10 years of health research experience with 5 years specifically in obesity research. She has authored/co-authored more than 8 peer-reviewed articles in journals such as the American Journal of Public Health. Prior to starting Hello Beautiful Health she developed and managed a community physical activity program that provided free exercise and healthy lifestyle classes to low income Latina women in South San Diego County. This program, called Everybody Active – Todos Activos utilized a volunteer model to provide more than 45 free exercise classes a week for community residents. More than 2500 people enrolled in this program over a 5 year period of time. She also worked with the County of San Diego and Public Consulting Group (PCG) a contractor of the County to develop a holistic health program to improve the health, well-being, and employment outcomes of welfare clients in San Diego. She is also adjunct faculty for National University where she teaches Personal Health and School Health.
In addition to her public health career, she spearheaded the development of a curriculum called Be REAL Students (Resilient, have Empathy, Advocate for others, and Be a Leader) for middle school and high school students to empower them to be leaders in spreading positive messaging to their peers and community through youth-led projects.
She has worked with many men, women, and youth to transform their relationship with food, themselves, and elevated not only their health, but their quality of life.
