Throughout my recent thirty+ years in real estate, I have focused on providing high quality consulting services to all parties in a real estate transaction, whether to a first time home buyer or to experienced investors. My specialty has been centered on international and shared ownership properties. In all areas I offer a wealth of corporate and small business experience and a practical no-nonsense approach, thereby providing multiple strategies to save time and money for all parties in a transaction.

My specialties include written and verbal communication, problem solving, negotiation finesse, thoroughness of preparation, integrity in approach, and problem solving experience coupled with cutting edge thinking.

That hasn't changed over the years. Early in my working years and while on the Research Faculty of the Ohio State University, I created thirteen highly acclaimed books and resource materials to facilitate police officer effectiveness nationally in elementary school classrooms; this "Officer Friendly" curriculum was funded by the Sears Roebuck Foundation. In addition, throughout my years as an entrepreneur and small business owner, I have fostered the empowerment of women through practical education and sound advice based on experience. I was a founding member of the Atlanta Women's Network, on the Board of Directors of Women Business Owners of Atlanta, and one of the three first women members of the Board of Directors of Sales and Marketing Executives of Atlanta.
