Course Description

Stress is a function of everyday life. We cannot avoid stressors, they are everywhere. Without skills to recognize when stress is accumulating we can quickly get overwhelmed. This visual metaphor explains the wrong way and the right way to manage stressors and prevent its accumulation.

Better than that, it shows you a way to manage happiness in your life and the lives of those you love. You will end up wanting to share this image with everyone you care about. See if you don't! You will walk away with specific, daily skills to change your life. If you are happy on a daily basis, skip this course.

But if you sometimes struggle to be content, even happy, this may just change your life forever.
