    Waste of time and money.

    Unprofessional (the whole "zany" persona thing doesn't really work for me - sorry) and full of plugs for other people's stuff. The presenter doesn't seem to really know the topic well enough to present a course on it and actually there's very little practical information about actual stress management. More about a whole lot of other "self-help" type stuff that and tangential stuff which isn't very helpful at all. I went through the whole thing hoping to learn something I could use...even something new but it was just a waste of time. If you're really stressed and are looking for ways to manage your stress I doubt you'll find much here that'll help you.
