Stress is inevitable, but suffering is not. No matter how powerless you may feel in the face of stress, you still have control over your thoughts, emotions, and the way you deal with problems.
Guided meditation will silence the noise in your head and cultivate the power of surrender. It's easy to learn and also a very powerful tool! During a guided meditation you are in a deep state of relaxation in which the imagery you are guided to visualize becomes very vivid. Immersing yourself in a guided meditation while listening to positive suggestions is a blissful experience that results in real and immediate benefits. You’ll feel better physically and mentally and be at the top of your game—no matter what you may be facing.
This course is made up of five guided meditations. Each meditation covers a specific emotional subject.

I’m a corporate burnout! I began practicing yoga and meditation to relieve my migraines. Before starting my wellness company, Self Reboot, I worked in consulting where the motto was "work hard & play hard." And boy, did I ever!
After years of chasing back-to-back deadlines at a New-York-minute pace, I was rewarded with severe chronic migraine headaches, not to mention insomnia. I visited at least 10 different specialists in a little over a year and not a single one was able to determine what was causing the painful migraines. They prescribed Immitrex, Topomax, Xanax, Zoloft and Ambien. I even underwent surgery on my sinuses and teeth. None of the pills or procedures cured the pain. Why? Because I was infested with stress!
I was ready to give up and commit suicide. But instead, I found the power from within and committed to survival. I took the bull by the horns and learned holistic techniques to relieve migraines through yoga, meditation, and acupuncture and ultimately healed myself.
I turned my pain into passion and have rebooted over 100 companies including Forbes, Spotify, Mediaocean, Credit Agricole, CBRE, Max Mara, Greenberg Traurig, Wieden+Kennedy, Major League Soccer, Morgan Stanley, Scientific Design, and so many other companies.
A true student of the mindfulness practice, I now live, practice and share my teachings in NYC, Jersey City, and North Jersey. I bring humor and lightness to all my classes. I drawn inspiration from my passion for music, singing, dancing and the outdoors.
