  • This course provides practical knowledge and downloadable documents to allow you to quickly establish either a traditional corporation (C-Corp) or a Sub-Chapter S / small business corporation (S-Corp) in Georgia. You will need access to a personal computer with Adobe Reader installed, a text editor such as Notepad, and in certian limited situations, Microsoft Word or a program that can open Microsoft Word documents. If you have access to Adobe Photoshop or a graphics program that can open and edit psd files, that will help you modify the sample stock certificate provided with the course. If you do not have this you will simply need to purchase a small number of stock certificates online or from an office supply store. You will also need a standard 3-ring binder (3" is preferred) and a 3-hole punch to establish your corporate records book.
