Which one is better?
Photo 2 is good but he does need to smile.
Photo 6 is great if it was just a little higher resolution and not so grainy.
Fill in all the holes in your profile and resume.
Make sure your resume matches your profile!
Reccomendations are as good as the message and the person writing them, look for the best possible references!
If you are strapped on time try re-using content you find online, although do not forget to give credit to the author.
