Description

In this course, you will learn about project management framework and important concepts in line with PMI's, PMBOK(Project Management Body Of Knowledge) using MS project 2016. As project management framework /concepts is more theoretical and in absence of practical exposure, it could be difficult for beginners to understand and  appreciate the same. This is where, one can learn and appreciate them effectively, through the use of  a tool or application and more particularly by using a 'simulated' business scenario case study.

With this in mind, have designed this course and used MS projects 2016 important features, to present the project management framework and concepts, in easily understandable manner. Additionally, have also used the  most recent built in agile  and kanban functionality in MS project professional 2016 to demonstrate agile method of project execution.
