  1. Think about what the worst case scenario could be (You're feared out come) ? Think all the way through it to the end. Often it helps to write it down in bullet points.
  • I walked in
  • I get hot, flustered and nervous, I start sweating

  • everyone looks at me and starts laughing and pointing
  • I go bright red in my face and my heart starts racing, I feel dizzy and sick ...etc

2. Now think about (and write down in bullet points again) the BEST case scenario! Feel free to get creative here and allow the situation to really go in your favour. Remember this is if things could go perfectly.

3. Now think about the most likely scenario. You'll probably find when you think about it that it's, yes a little uncomfortable to begin with but not as bad or devastating as you thought it was going to be.
