You want your store to be visually appealing, easy to navigate, and branded with your logos, colors and descriptions
They have dozens of themes available for you to use, both free and paid

Inventory for Your Shopify Store Section [Quiz]
In this section, we will look at how to add Amazon FBA private label products to a shopify store
Shopify allows you to sell products in many different ways, and can integrate with many different sales channels
But we will be focusing on using Shopify to open up another sales channel for your private label products already selling on Amazon
When a customer checks out at your shopify store, a fulfillment order is created at Amazon and the item is shipped to the customer using the Amazon FBA fulfillment service
You get all the advantages of the Amazon FBA shipping and storage, plus the ability to diversify your traffic and income using Shopify
If you’re following along, make sure you save your work as you go to prevent losing any progress
You also want to have keyword rich titles and descriptions ready for good search engine optimization for the products in your Shopify store
You can either research keywords to create your titles and descriptions, or simply copy the product details from your private label product listing on Amazon
Also make sure you have high quality, eye catching product images to use for your store
You will also need to know your product’s price, the SKU and Barcode, the weight of your product, and product tags (also known as keywords) for better SEO when customers search online
These are typically used if you have multiple products or product variations
A product collection is a group of products that you select to group together based on one or more similar characteristics
You can think of them as different product categories for your store
This also helps organize your products to improve customer experience
You can create a new collection or add products to a collection anytime from the Shopify dashboard
You can organize your products into collections in anyway you wish
It’s important to select the best options for your store to make sure everything runs smoothly and is formatted correctly

You want a dependable and automated way to track and analyze your traffic volume, sources, demographics and tons of other data for your shopify store
You can use this data to optimize and improve your products, storefront, marketing and advertising campaigns
Shopify allows you to easily integrate third party tools such as Google Analytics and a Facebook Pixel to track and analyze customer visits to your store
Installing google analytics to your shopify store will help you track and analyze your visitors and traffic
To enable google analytics, you will need to add your Google Analytics code to your shopify settings
You will be able to get a better view of how customers are finding your page, which page on your store customers visit most, and tons of other in depth analytics to help you find opportunities and trends in your business
Before you can enable Google Analytics, you’ll need a Google account.
If you already have a Gmail account, you'll be able to use that.
The Facebook pixel is a tracking code you can add to your store to retarget, optimize, and track the effectiveness of your advertising campaigns.
The information received by the pixel can be used to run highly targeted ads to custom audiences on facebook, and to gain better insight into your audience

The Shopify App is a great little tool that allows you to analyze, update and manage your shopify account from anywhere
You could even attach a credit card reader to your phone to scan customer credit cards for selling directly to customers in person
The mobile app is free to use with your shopify subscription

Using Amazon FBA to fulfill your customer orders greatly simplifies the process, by allowing Amazon to store your product at their warehouse, and ship all of your orders directly to customers from an Amazon Fulfillment Center
Amazon will store your inventory, and ship your items directly to the customer once an order is placed at your shopify store, and a fulfillment order is generated
Until you start getting massive amounts of orders, you can simply create a manual fulfillment orders on Amazon to ship the product to your customer
The payment processing service you enable on your store will handle all of the customer credit card transactions during checkout
There are a many different payment processing services you can choose from, such as paypal or stripe
Shopify even has it’s own payment processing service now called Shopify Payments
This would be the best option for most stores since it integrates seamlessly with Shopify
It’s always a good idea to test the entire checkout process in your store before sending traffic & customers, in order to fix errors or make changes if needed
When starting out, you can simply create a manual fulfillment order on Amazon to ship the product to directly to the customer from the fulfilment center
I just recieved the example order that I placed from my shopify store
Reports are a great way to keep track of the activity in your store, such as your sales and payments
There are four categories of reports, which include products, orders, payments and taxes
For record keeping, you also have the ability to download a CSV file of your reports to better sort and view the information

We have already installed helpful tools, such as Google Analytics and the Facebook Pixel which will help us with our marketing campaigns
If you don’t have a facebook page for your business or brand, you can create a page a business.facebook.com before continuing
This is a great marketing strategy that gives your products more visibility to your fans and the visitors to your page
By promoting your call to action button, you select and send target traffic directly to your facebook shop
For best results, you should let the pixel gather a few weeks of data on the traffic going to your store to give you the most optimized ads
But if you only have a small amount of data, you can still create a look-a-like audience that have the same characteristics as the traffic that visited your store
Here you can leverage the power of google to create keyword targeted ad campaigns to get more clicks and traffic to your shopify store
In this lecture, we will go over the steps to create and properly setup your first ad in Google Adwords
To create the most optimized ad campaign, you want to make sure you have the best keywords to use for your ad to generate the most targeted traffic
This is a great long term strategy that you can you to send traffic to your store
Content marketing is typically done at no cost to you, but you will pay with your time
This also provides higher quality traffic than paid ads
If you don’t have time to create and put out content, you can always outsource the work
So in this lecture, I want to just go over some quick examples of ways to market your content
