I have been in real estate for 9 years. I started in 2006, when the market was starting to decline quickly. In 2007, my first full year in the business, I won the "Rookie of the Year" award. 2008-2009 were rough and humbling years for me. I did more sales than the average agent, but not anywhere near my capabilities or desires. In 2010 I had a "rebirthing" of my business. I got truly committed. I worked with multiple real estate coaches over the last 5 years and from testing their strategies and developing my own, I have created a straight forward way to grow your business exponentially. I am living proof. In 2012 I won a Centurion award (a Century 21 Award that means you have done a high level of production, around $250,000 GCI). In 2013, I won the Double Centurion (which means I did over twice that much production). And in 2014 I won the Double Centurion again. I also received my broker's license in 2013, which would enable me to go off on my own and gave me additional knowledge. I stayed with Century 21, however, through the end of 2014.
