The very first step of healing physically, mentally or emotionally is loving yourself. What does it mean to really love yourself? How do you feel thinking about loving yourself? Many people feel "selfish" with the idea of putting their needs and love first. However, when we take care of our needs, we are more equipped to take care of the needs of others.

Fear is the biggest block to love and anything else that feels good. Fear causes anger, rage, anxiety, depression, and every other negative feeling in your experience. In this course you will master your ability to easily release fear, allowing love to shine through. The more you practice the exercises and meditation, the easier the release will become.

Contents and Overview:
In over 1 hour and 7 lectures, this course helps parents to gain awareness about the importance that self-love has of the the well-being of the parent and family. There are some suggested practices and tips on how to set up your self-love regimen. Students learn how to release fear (the block to love) and how to activate the love that is abundantly present inside of them. It is recommended that students complete the course over a period of at a least a week, practicing the meditations regularly. When students practice the guided meditations regularly they can literally reprogram their minds and energetic systems!
This is the first part of the slide show. I explain how we have gotten into the current pattern of LACK of self-love, and I offer some suggestions to change the patterns.
In Part 2 you will gain more awareness of your Self-Love Status, and you will learn about some self-care methods that aide on your self-love.
In Part 3 I talk about the unlimited supply of love that you already posses, the difference between love and fear, and how to release fear to experience your love even more strongly.

Hi! I am an energy healer who works with parents one on one and in groups to transform their energy from stressed and depressed to JOY. I have two kids myself, ages 3 and 5. When I was a brand new mom I had forgotten about meditation and energy healing, and it really showed in my parenting. I was stressed out, angry, and even fearful about all of the parenting decisions I was faced with.
When I started meditating again, I immediately noticed my behavior changing, and even my kids were better behaved. Seeing the stark contrast from before meditation to after consistent mindfulness, I knew that I had to show this to other parents. I had truly discovered that when you transform your energy, the energy of everyone around you is transformed as well.
