I have a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Colorado. I worked as a software engineer for 5 years. I then started my recruiting business specializing in software and hardware engineers and technical management positions. I spent 25 years of in the trenches recruiting and now I only do recruiting assignments when it's particularly interesting and challenging.
