The word boundaries is used a lot in the self help world. The way I like to go in to this is through non-negotiables.What are you willing to negotiate about yourself and what are you not? Because when you start to have firm non-negotiables, you start to create healthy boundaries automatically. When you think of boundaries, you imagine a line that someone shouldn't cross.When you think about what you are willing and not willing to negotiate, it forces you to think about your worth.It gives you a voice.
Life is all about how you think.Success or “failure”, however you define them, will only amplify your thought process, especially unhealthy patterns of thinking.Right behind your thoughts are feelings.If your thinking is unhealthy, how you feel about yourself will most likely hold you down.Emotions are more powerful than your logic so your feelings can over power you and send you into a muddy ditch.
How much joy are you able to produce in your daily life?
