I finished my Bachelor degree in 2008 and have been working in the field of teaching and recovery and counseling at least ten years. I have personal experience with recovery, and had to deal with issues of divorce, addiction, and overcoming pain.
After my own divorce, I started teaching classes and workshops on dealing with the pain of having to end a relationship, and helped others to heal. The knowledge I share in my courses are well researched, and reflect my personal experiences, the discussions of students in my classes and workshops, and recurring themes of my counseling sessions.
