Reclaiming your True Voice is a course about stepping into your voice power and speaking in your true voice.
This course is about reconnecting with the true voice you have that has been locked up with the dings of life. The voice that you were born with, the one that is free and interesting is still inside you. This course is about unlocking that voice and getting connected to it so you can utilize it to maximize your success.
This course is about learning to connect the words and the sound so you can be authentic when you speak to others and make greater connections whether it's in personal relationships or even presentations.
This course talks about authenticity, breathing, connection and stepping into voice power. The voice is the most vulnerable piece we have and if you want to create a business and life you love, you'll want to reclaim your true voice.
The course includes video, PDF's and will have audios. Additional material will be delivered on a regular basis as the course is updated.
The course will take about an hour or more to complete at this time but as more videos are added will take longer.
The course is structured in building blocks or stepping stones way. However, it is not essential that you do the steps in any order.
99% of the people I know do not speak in their true voice or connect to their breath. Why does this matter? Because we are moving into a place where people are looking for authenticity and to make strong connections with people they buy from and build relationships with. It's essential that you as a business owner and a person are able to connect with yourself and others. By stepping into and speaking with your true voice that very thing can happen with ease.
If you are ready to reclaim your voice power, this course is for you.
In this course you will learn to reclaim your true voice, the one you were born with. In this video/lecture I will go over how the material will be delivered and what the course will cover including what your true voice is, how it's linked to your thoughts and how you can retrieve it and get it set back to where it should be.
Our thoughts actually establish how we speak, breath, let the air out, connect to the breath, step into vulnerability and beyond. In this video I talk about how our psychology has set the way we speak/sound and how it keeps us from stepping into vulnerability and truly speaking in our true voice and connecting to others.
In this lecture I talk about and describe what the true voice really is and why we need to get back to it. Further videos will go more into detail about getting back into our voice power which is our true, vulnerable voice.
Breathing is the glue that holds everything together and is essential for connecting to the breath, being vulnerable and speaking in our true voices. In this lecture I give an over view of all the components of breathing.
In this video I talk about something that just about everyone does. Dump their air before they speak or hold their air or both. Either way, you can't speak in your true voice, the voice works without the fuel. In this video, although I've already spoken about this in the previous video, I give specific guidelines for practicing this technique.
In this lecture I talk about step one in the breathing process which is catching yourself not breathing. We first become aware of the fact that we are not breathing and begin to shift that in our body and our mind if we want to get back to our true voice.
In this video I review and give specific exercises for the "catch yourself not breathing" technique that I talk about in the previous video. It's essential to create awareness to lay in something new in the muscle memory. In this video, I give specific ways to go about this.
In this lecture I talk about breathing with regards to capacity and how we need to work with the biggest tank in order to truly speak in our true voice and connect to the breath.
In this video I talk about in detail the concept of connecting to the breath and how we don't do it. In addition, I talk about why it's essential if you want to reclaim your true voice that you learn to step into this process and connect the air and the sound.
One of the ways we don't step into our true voice is by holding our voice in the wrong place in the back of our throat. By holding the air in and locking the muscles we don't speak in our true voice. We have to free our voice through connecting to the breath and releasing the throat.
In this lecture I talk about getting grounded, which is getting connected, mind, body and voice. It's essential to be grounded to really reclaim your true voice. In this video I give specific information on what it means to be grounded and what you can do to set that grounding.
In this video I give specific examples of how to get grounded and why and give several options and explanations so you can find one that will work for you.
In this lecture I talk about the orchestra of the voice. Our voices are like an orchestra and if we have reclaimed our true voice and are connected to the breath we speak with all the beauty of a full orchestra organically. I will teach you why this is important in this lecture.
In this lecture I talk about how we set the level of moderate in our true voice with regards to pace and volume but once we are in our voice power, our true voice we can then play the variables on either side of the moderate level. In this video I'll teach you why and how to create voice variables.
It is important when working with muscle memory to practice. We have to learn the technique, lay it in and then get it set which requires some practice. The good news is once you have it set, it pretty much stays set the rest of your life. But, until you get it set, you need to continue practicing. In this video I talk about the laying in of technique and how to get it set.
