Being totally straightforward the word mindfulness suggest that the mind is fully attending to what’s happening, to what you’re doing, to the space you’re moving through.m
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
While mindfulness is naturally present in all of us, it can be cultivated through proven techniques, which includes, walking, standing, and moving meditation ,
If you are being mindful while doing any work then you are generating a happier and more positive feeling which is necessary for a successful life.
Now lets take one more step to be mindful first you will have to let go off all the judgemental, this is because when you take those judgemental, you start seeing yourself through the eyes of others and completely lose the real you .but when you let go of the judgmental, then you can fully get aware of your feelings ,dreams, love and passion and more importantly you get aware of yourself. for this you need to do is sit calmly and stop your mind from going to the state of being lost. begin this just by stopping whatever you're doing and then make your mind aware of the work you are doing ,by taking a deep breath and tell to yourself the fresh air is entering my body i am inhaling energy ,and then exhale and say i am exhaling positivity ,allow your attention on your breathe without any interruption. when you breathe mindfully your body accepts it,
Full mindfulness enables us to know ourselves deeply ,the real freedom only comes when we are able to release our suffering and come back home this is only when we practice mindfulness

Take One Hundred Footsteps (For About Ninety Seconds) In Gratitude Any Time During The Day. The Best Time Which I Will Personally Suggest Is Just After You Wake Up Because This Will Instantly Shift Your Attitude to Positive Direction
Now What You Have To Do Is To Walk 100 Hundred Steps And With Each Footstep, Say And Feel The Words, Thank You.

Mindfulness is one way to change our focus by re-booting our awareness.
There are lots of ways to be mindful from mindful yoga to meditation to prayer to being in nature.
My favourite method hinges on daily gratefulness
What do you think is the relationship between mindfulness and gratitude?
Consider the instant you wake up, you give thanks, and within seconds or minutes or hours, you forget all about it. You become completely absorbed in mental machinations and you get indulged in attempt to defuse the ticking time-bomb of problems which you perceive in your life.
And on the other hand imagine this that as you wake you give grace and say thank you while being totally mindful then mindfulness combined with gratitude will act as a GPS which will guide you through the day
The need is just to say “thank you for everything” and as soon as you say this the balance will start to return.

Basically mindfulness means being aware of yourself ,no one can give their mind a command to stop but remember you are not inside your mind the mind lies within you ,the very first thing to do is you have to be kind firstly to yourself and if you are grateful for all the blessings you are among the happiest person on the planet make yourself feel secure maintain bliss pine ,if anything wrong happens to you or you feel bad in any situation let it go and be in a peaceful mindset and always be positive feel blessed keep a mindset like everything is going to be okay ,make yourself feel secure and supportive gratitude reduces complains improves creativity and kind nature and increases energy that is why everyone should perform gratitude practices in it all you need to do is just to wake up and take a deep breath feel the coolness and say thank you and be grateful for the fresh morning air and the new day of your life be constant rated on what is the positive things happing with you and be grateful for that
Mindfulness is the state of being present in the here and the now mindfulness is the essence of once life because when a person is mindful he or he is living their life in the present they are totally present in this moment, if you are mindful you can enjoy your life more than anyone ,the key here is being present in the here and the now and gratitude acts like a mood changer, practice giving gratitude as you wake up and your mood will instantly transfer to positivity and energy and if I talk about the relationship ship between them ,look to attract anything in your life you have to have faith in that but in order to have faith you should be aware, think it like this when you are totally aware of what is going not in your surrounding but within you ,then at that moment you posses a power to reshape the reality and in that trans state gratitude comes in ,in that state of mind when you are totally aware give gratitude for the things you have ,by this you are adding extreme level of energy to the process and you are moving in the forward direction very fast

When You Produce A Thought That Carries Suspicion, Anger, Fear, Irritation That Thought Is Not Nourishing To You Or To The Other Person.
Remember, If The Relationship Has Become Difficult, It's Because We Have Nourished The Judgement And Anger And We Haven't Nourished Our Compassion.
With Mindfulness, We Can Look Into The Nature Of Our Suffering And Find Out What Kind Of Food We Have Been Supplying To Keep It Alive.
When We Find The Source Of Nourishment For Our Suffering, We Can Cut Off That Supply And Our Suffering Will Fade. When We Tend To Think We Already Know And Understand Our Loved Ones Very Well But That May Not Be So, If We Haven't Understood Our Own Suffering And Our Own Perception, How Can We Understand The Suffering Of Another Person. We Shouldn't Be Too Sure That We Understand Everything About The Person.
Firstly We Have To Ask From Ourselves, Do I Understand Myself?
Do I Understand My Suffering And Its Roots?
Remember Self Understanding Is Crucial For Understanding And Other Person Self Love Is Crucial For Loving Others When You Have Understood Your Suffering Then You Are Capable Of Understanding Other Person Suffering Much More Easily Once We Understand Our Suffering And How It Came About We Are In A Position To Communicate With Others In Such A Way That They Also Suffer Less Relationships Depends On The Capacity Of Each Of Us To Understand Our Own Difficulties And Aspiration And Those Of Others.
