    REAL real estate investing

No bull no infomercialey crap...organized and super comprehensive. I had no idea that there is so much to learn for real estate investing--instructor really knows this topic broad and deep. Solid investment models and examples.

    • Samson Gray

    Very detailed

I've completed about half the lectures so far, and this course is great! It totally exceeded my expectations which were pretty high. It is pretty detailed, but that's what makes it high quality. With this class you're learning the actual mechanics of real estate investing from the ground up. I really liked that you can download all of the example financial models that the instructor used.

    • Glenn Boyd

    Great for Agents

I've been an agent working with homebuyers for over 10 years and wanted to expand my knowledge to learn more about commercial and investment products. Wow...I didn't realize I knew so little about real estate investing until I started taking this course. I highly recommend this course to any agents looking to work with more investor clients or wanting a great intro into commercial investments.

    • Kenneth Ward

    MUST Have

I'm currently in business school looking to get into real estate private equity after graduation and haven't found anything else out there that covers the water fall structure in as much detail or clarity as this class. That alone is worth the price. This is a SERIOUS investment course...definitely not for people looking for "that one simple trick" to make easy money...haha.

    • Chris Hughes

    Extremely detailed and interesting

I just started to explore new career options and this helped me learn a lot about how to make money from real estate. Not sure if I will become a broker, but if I do, I have this as my secret weapon!
