Real Estate Investor

I am a third generation entrepreneur and my passion is building wealth through real estate, and helping others do the same.

I started my real estate journey at age 20, when I was working two jobs in order to have enough to purchase my first home. By age 21, I had achieved the american dream of home ownership - and I was hooked!

A few months later I quit my two jobs and got hired on with a local real estate developer and home builder. For two years I learned the ins and outs of land development, building, construction, and how to be a good operator of rental properties. I saw the owners build their portfolios and enjoy the cash flow from their rentals, and I wanted to do the same.

In 2009 I became a licensed real estate agent, and decided on a plan to become a millionaire by the time I was 30 years old. Not only did I achieve that goal - I achieved it one year early at 29.

Along the way I had many mentors and coaches who shared with me, and I was quick to take action!

I started a blog to give back and share the lessons that I've learned along my journey, and am adding new content every week with new lessons. Blogging has allowed me to connect with other investors all across the country and I decided to bundle up my knowledge in the form of courses to further assist investors in achieving their goals.

My hope is that you will be able to take action on something that you learn here and create your own path to success, because we all know there are unlimited ways you can get there.
