Personal Experience with the RACI Model

I used the RACI model to reintroduce responsibility within an organization. The RACI model allows the key stakeholders to be defined and transparent throughout the organization. The RACI model was a very easy to implement program with a detailed role out plan for the leadership team. Further, the RACI model was easy to understand at the team member level, because everyone understands the key terms of the RACI model.

Operations Management Expert with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

I am an Operations Management professional with more than 15 years of experience. I received a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Management Strategy Institute. I have a B.S. in Chemistry from Centenary College of Louisiana and a M.B.A. in Operations Management from The University of Texas at Arlington. Also, I received a Hazardous Materials Certifications for U.S. DOT Ground and IATA shipping methods from LION Technology and a Certified Logistics Associate from Manufacturing Skill Standards Council. Finally, I have received training as ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.

I have utilized the education, skills and knowledge on the job in public and private companies in a variety of industries and roles. I want to pass along my knowledge to others through these classes. My classes focus on applying lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques in business, which can be easily applied to any discipline.

When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my family. We travel, watch movies and play games on the Wii, Xbox 360 or PS3.
