This is the course for you.
I will teach you how to write, reply and forward emails as well as adding attachments. How to file them, archive them and then find them again!
The course consists of video tutorials where I show you step by step how to complete all of these tasks. The lectures are broken down into bite sized videos so that you can dip in and out of the course.
Lecture Objective: Familiarise yourself with the tab feature in Gmail.
The tabs in Gmail help you filter your mail into different categories. The default ones are: Primary, Social and Promotion. In this video I will show you how to add and remove tabs and how to move email between them.
Lecture Objective: To familiarise yourself with the Contact Manager within the Gmail interface.
In this lecture will give you a tour of the the Contact Manager interface and how the labels can be used. I also show you how to create a new on contact and to add it to a group.
Lecture Objective: To familiarise yourself with the Compose dialogue box. This box has changed slightly in the last year and now does not appear as a full screen. I will show you how to use it in the 'old' way and the new one too.
Lecture Objective: Be able to send an email in Gmail.
In this lecture I will show you how to compose and new message, how to add recipients, a subject and a text body. I will also cover formatting of messages, adding hyperlink and smilies, as well as different types of attachments.

I have been creating websites for several years now and have been using WordPress as well as Serif software. I enjoy building websites for other people as well as myself.
I achieved my BSc(Hons) in 1996, and then my Post Graduate Certificate In Education in 2001. I am also a member of the Institute for Learning.
Since qualifying I have worked in education with a spectrum of ages and abilities in colleges, the workplace and though private work.
