Description

The course content is dedicated to “how the body work” while sitting. It completes the information about spine and our organism and their impacts on ur body. It describes most common problems connected to sitting. It also adds instructions to proper breathing and proper exercising. An illustration and description of right and bad positions of sitting and its impact on our body. It even includes the ergonomics of working place and its detailed setting. In the course can also be found a demonstration of preventive exercises supporting the spine muscles, other influence and ergonomics of movement, which indirectly affects sitting.

Vzdělání v oboru jsem získal v České Republice na jedné z nejstarších univerzit na světě. Obor fyzioterapie na 3.lékařské fakultě Univerzity Karlovy v Praze. Po škole jsem se rychle začal věnovat praxi a již 11let mám svojí praxi a pacienty s bolestmi zad.

Žiji a pracuji v středu evropy v České Republice. 

Mým koníčkem je celkově zdravý životní styl, který mi moje práce pomáhá naplňovat a daří se mi pomáhat lidem se závažnými bolesti páteře. Pokud je člověk zachráněn od operace, je to krásné. Jsem rád, že jako fyzioterapeut mohu pomáhat lidem.

Předávat ostatním lidem svoje poznatky a znalosti je pro mě radost a pokud se tak bude dařit i prostřednictvím UDEMY, bude to skvělé.
