In this lesson, we will go into what the course has, give a basic outline for the course and give some rationale as to why the lessons are structured in the way they are. Nothing can get better until you recognize whats wrong or not working. In this section, we use strategic questioning to get to the bottom of why things keep showing up when they do. By learning the path and understanding the triggers, you will be better able to take more responsibility and use this map to overcome.
Having a "Why" is powerful. By learning to create some powerful associations to pain and pleasure and linking a "why" things must change is the sole purpose of this session.
In this session, we dive into the introduction to pattern interrupts and how to use them to disrupt the program that subconsciously wants to run in your head. By using the findings from lesson 1, you will be better able to deal with negative patterns as they arise.
Anchors allow you to set up stations geared towards better states via the use of the body. By learning to create anchors effectively on yourself, no matter how bleak things may seem in any moment, you can always have that anchor to go back to so that a better state can be acquired.
Everything we experience and the way we interpret it is based on our models of the world. Unfortunately, many of models of the world are geared to negativity, disempowerment, and low-level living. Everything that we pay attention to, books, songs, movies, and friends all play a role in injecting ideas and notions into our subconscious and those things have a tendency of rearing their ugly heads when we least need them. In this session, we see things for what they are and how we must break free from conventional logic and learn to build ourselves up from within, by the stuff we feed our minds. This by itself can cure almost all of anxiety and depression.
"Habits rule the un-reflective herd." Many times those in the herd are unknowingly un-reflective and that proves to be the key to their inevitable demise. You see, somewhere along the way, we picked up some habits and rituals, and they served us at one point. But since then, we have left them in autopilot and haven't taken time to see if they're still serving us in the best way or not. Who knows, maybe your habits and rituals may be the root cause as to why you haven't achieved at the level you'd like. The reason Self Sabotage keeps showing up in one form or another.
We have become our own worst critic and little do we know that negativity is so much more powerful than positivity. We must learn to become our own boosters, building ourselves up at at every chance we get. In this session, we look at this idea of self talk, how to use it more effectively, and what key times of the day to use it most. Because the truth is, Self Talk can many times be the driving force in our lives. It can drive us into Fear or Frustration, Depression, or insecurity. "We can't be causal about this because we'll end up casualties."
There are certain qualities that at one point, were universal and evident throughout cultures. Over time, we have slowly allowed them to disintegrate and what we don't understand is that our brains and bodies recognize this and try to speak up to us, only in ways we find disfavorable like Panic, Worry, Stress, and Depression. By learning to embody these qualities and at times forcing yourself to stay congruent with them, you're giving your brain and body what it yearns for, excellence.
Mirror work is one of the most powerful techniques in this program but because the effects are so subtle in the beginning, most people dismiss it as ineffective. The truth is, it's a powerful technique that you'll learn how to use effectively for growing your power and positioning yourself to overcome.
Time is the one commodity we all have equally, as least in the number of minutes and hours per day. But by living at the mercy of marketing, advertisers, distraction, and the seeking of relief, we have given time away when we could ha\ve used it more effectively. Life is about balance and learning to balance things through your use of time is critical to your overall mental health and wellness. In this session, we go into TIME FOR PLAY, TIME FOR LAUGHTER, TIME TO CRY, TIME TO MEDITATE, and so much more. But the underlying theme is balance and using time to maintain that balance by setting aside specific time for things.
We are what we eat is a famous expression that holds more truths than we'd like to admit. Without going to in depth with what to eat, instead we focus on what to avoid and what key supplements to take. By learning to be aware of our bodies what how it feels after the consumption of certain things, we can better adjust our earting and intake accordingly.
PART 2 OF GIGO
There's no substitute for water. Just by drinking more of it, we give our bodies a better solvent it can use to metabolize and work more effectively. In this session we also look at some of the research being done with water, intention, and the power of words as labels for water containers.

In this session, we look at exercise and why it's so vitally important for the flow of life. We look at various types of exercise but the premise is this, blood equals life and where there is no blood flow, there eventually is death. By learning to push yourself to exercise, whether you feel like it or not keeps the blood flow consistent and life sustained at optimal levels.
Our bodies are the ultimate truth tellers and they hold infinite wisdom with them. They often speak to us but not in the form we're used to understanding or even paying attention to. By learning to heed that internal wisdom, we can better adjust our actions and live at higher levels of awareness and health.
We have been lied to as to what illness is and how our bodies respond. The truth is, our bodies get stronger with use but because we have been conditioned to avoid pain and seek relief for whatever ails us, we have given our power away. In this session we learn to take back our power, and though uncomfortable at times, the reward is well worth the price.
IN THIS LESSON, WE DIG DEEP INTO WHAT WE STARTED IN MODULE 1. LEARNING TO DISRUPT PATTERNS IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE PATTERN IS DISEMPOWERING. BY LEARNING A WAY TO USE SIGHT, SOUND, AND FEELING, PATTERNS CAN MORE EASILY BE SCRATCHED, MAKING THEM HARDER TO SHOW UP IN OUR LIVES.

This is when being the director of your mind movies is powerful, but we also dive into using it during empowering times as well.

States are the way you feel at any given time. Many times we are at the mercy of outside events and find ourselves in states that may not be serving us. By learning to move your body in certain ways, you can easily jump into different states and thus have more possibilities for responding.

The truth is, Fear has many facets and shows up in so many different ways and sometimes, it shows up in the most unlikely of times and ways. In this lesson, we break down what fear is, where it tends to show up, and how we can use it to make us better.

We look at Maslow's Needs and Tony Robbins needs and see how we've been living up until now. What needs have we been seeking, unconsciously? By consciously taking a proactive approach and learning to adjust our viewpoints, we can easily tweak things so that we become empowered for excellence.
Momentum is a cruel mistress, she can turn on you in a dime. Here we go into this notion and how we can direct ourselves towards better trajectories.
We get what we think about, and thank about but, it's easy to become discouraged when things don't seem to be progressing the way we'd like. In this session we learn about this powerful principle and why patience, persistence, and faith are critical for its effectiveness.
PART 2 OF THE LAW OF ATTRACTION
The Law of Attraction will never work unless you apply this law as well. The Law of GOYA which stands for GET OFF YOUR ASS is a fundamental law closely associated with the previous law. When one of the most popular movies was released, The Secret, many people were disillusioned by the concepts and fell to apply this fundamental tag along that allows it to work. In this session, we look at progress in the form of work and activity tied to attracting. Even little progress is still progress and at the end of the day, that's what it's all about.
If you do something enough times, you will get a certain result. The more you do something, the better results you get. Eventually you get better at it and thus, the results improve as well. In this session we look at this law and what it could mean for us in all the aspects of our lives.
Also called the Law of Sowing and Reaping. My favorite books talks a lot about this law because it shows us that we cannot have something until we are willing to pay the price for it's attainment. That price can come in the form of discipline, work, time devoted, etc.
At an early age I stumbled across Personal Development and it was no accident that I did, at the time I did. I was going through some tough times where a lot was happening in a short period of time. And I wasn't adapting well. Low self esteem led to Depression, Depression led to drug abuse, which led to Anxiety and Panic Attacks. Panic Attacks led to a life of constant fear and struggle. But when there's hope in the future, then there's power in the present. So I went to work, researching and applying everything from a variety of different genres. Everything from Psychology, to Sales, to Spiritualism, to Mind Body, to Motivation, to Brain Anatomy and Nervous System. I wanted to find a way to combine aspects from all of them, ensuring a very proactive, comprehensive approach to helping others take back their power.
After learning, compiling, piecing together, testing, and modifying, i was making headway in overcoming my hurdles, but I was also helping others do the same. After recieving my degree in Life Sciences, I went on to teach High School Biology for 7 years.
I always had a vision of working for myself and so, 2 years ago, I resigned from my guranteed teaching job to pursue my passion. And that is to be a positive difference-maker in enough lives, that the world is impacted. My goal is to equip you with practical strategy and best practices that provide meaningful results.
