Because Pilates is a system that works from the inside out, in just 30 minutes, you will feel stronger, longer and completely revived.

After one session, you will feel moved and after a few sessions, you will be transformed.
Content and Overview
This class starts with simple breathing and core exercises then builds towards more-involved options. Novice versions are always offered. Skills and techniques are progressively taught. Please follow from the beginning and do not push through pain.
Pilates was designed to be done with precision and control. So avoid rushing. Build your awareness. Move with what “feels right”.
We will go through twelve exercises based on the classical repertoire on the mat plus variations and modifications with other preparatory exercises. Enjoy a sequence that flows.

Dress comfortably. Prepare a mat and a small space for movement. No shoes, socks optional. Support your head with a pillow if discomfort is felt in the head or neck. If you have an injury, please consult your physician before starting. Use caution. Exercises shown in this workout are based on the classical sequence with modifications and adaptations. Once you begin, it is best to complete Part 1 and 2 consecutively. Avoid interrupting the flow, specifically midway. Enjoy.

Having been a teacher and mentor for 15 years, owning and operating a Pilates studio on the west coast of Canada for 7, I have seized the wonder and unraveled the success. Upon selling my business, I traveled and taught Pilates in the heart of Paris for 2 years. I now embark on a digital lifestyle, creating new paths and help others along the way.
