"Always charming, smiling and ready to do things for you, yet so resentful... ".. This person may be suffering from People Pleasing. "Always asking you how they did, like a 5 year old" .. That's approval seeking. Find out why these things are bad.
"Blame" Is the Name that they gave me.
The Psychiatrists love pushing pills to people with Anxiety and Depression. Are pills necessary? Find out.

Inner Child Meditation
I recommend you either write the script down with your own handwriting and find a way to record it so you can listen to it when you are on the go.
Find a quiet place. Take Deep Diaphragm Breaths (that fill your abdomen, and then are fully emptied) for a minute and read the script (out loud if possible) or listen to the script that you recorded, repeating what was said, continuing to take deep breaths.
Repeat this at least 20 times twice a day for a month, all the while contemplating that you are having a conversation with your inner child. Write down the emotions that you experience right before and right after the meditation, this is important.
Observe Any resistance towards this, and practice the script. If you absolutely are unable to repeat this due to whatever reason, feel free to modify it. However, you have to come back to it at some point in order to completely heal yourself.
“Dear Inner Me, I send love and gratitude to you. You are loving, lovable and loved. The hurt that you have experienced is understood, and acknowledged. The love I send you is healing the wounds and a new sense of joy and gratitude is replacing the hurt. You are protected and safe in this space. All is whole and complete.”
Once you complete 30 days of this meditation, you can come back to this script, add or modify it and continue this meditation as it suits you.
Guys, You should have a good platform to start loving yourself after completing this lesson. Also check out the last section for recommended material for self love.
Lack of self love is sometimes obvious, e.g. physically striking your forehead for making a mistake or it can be more subtle, like never expressing your true opinion.
If there was one thing, other than the habit to write in your journal that I want to instill in you, it is the habit of loving yourself. If you can only take 2 things away from this course, let this be one of them.
I absolutely guarantee that releasing SDHD will make your soul as nimble as a child's. Try it.
