What Lies Ahead

When our inner child is hurting, our adult self suffers. The real way to progress in your personal development journey is to reconcile the anguish our inner child is facing. As our inner child begins to heal, our adult self begins to experience monumental change in our behavior. This lecture and the additional material will allow you to heal your inner child.

Healing your inner child

Guys, You should have a good platform to start loving yourself after completing this lesson. Also check out the last section for recommended material for self love.

Lack of self love is sometimes obvious, e.g. physically striking your forehead for making a mistake or it can be more subtle, like never expressing your true opinion.

If there was one thing, other than the habit to write in your journal that I want to instill in you, it is the habit of loving yourself. If you can only take 2 things away from this course, let this be one of them.

Keeping a Journal / Writing

In this lecture, I speak about fear.

Is fear bad? Should we "push past fear", what does this even mean? Let's explore.

FEAR : How to overcome it?

Some people die at 25 and don't get buried until they are 90. This is increasingly the reality in a consumer culture that we live in. The antidote is finding the purpose of your life and setting goals.

Author. Self-Reliance Coach. Reiki Practitioner.

Dear Students,

I am Kshitij Prasai also known as Coach KP. I am the founder of A Life Well Created, a platform dedicated to Life, Success and Self-Reliance. I am a life coach, and the author of the books "Personal Development Simplified" and "Give yourself the gift of Conscious Optimism", both available worldwide and in eBook versions.

I have been involved with Personal Development for several years. I care about people and I love to inspire people to become a better version of themselves. My goal here is to teach you to take small steps brilliantly. I believe that repetition is the mother of skills, and your growth is dependent on what you put in my courses and in your life.

I also have a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Computer Science and a thriving career in Technology. I stumbled upon personal development when undergoing adverse life circumstances. Since then, I have been looking to give back to the world by adding to the world of personal development to help others. My mission is to make Personal Development accessible to the people from all walks of life.

By virtue of associating with experts in eastern spirituality early on, and spending my adult life in the western world, I have developed a unique perspective of life. This reflects in my practice and in my writings.

I hope you learn some valuable lessons from my lectures and teach me something in return.

Remember, you are the sole creator of your experiences.

Yours Truly,

Coach KP
