Other credentials include: Certified Depression Recovery Program Director for over 10 years, Certificate in Lifestyle Matters programs, Member of Physician Committee for Responsible Medicine, Food Safe Certification, Life Coaching Diploma, REBT certificate, CBT certificate, worked in a restaurant as a cook for two years, has an Animal Science certificate, Member of the BC Conference Health Advisory Committee, Photography from NYIP, her Business Administration Certificate, and various other certificates on health and wellness. Angela has been on both sides of the filming and TV industry in several professional cooking and children's shows and is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.

With over 35 years cooking experience, Angela Poch has researched healthful living for her family and friends, leading her to become first a vegetarian, strict vegetarian, then vegan (for approx 10 years), and is now a 'flexitarian" (2010 to current) where she liens heavily toward vegan but understands there are diet and other needs that can require animal products.  A flexitarian is also a proud supporter of any farm or ranch that does it’s best to raise humane and healthy animals.
