Our cultures and upbringings are what shape us and how we approach the world! Take some time to reflect on your upbringing and what some things that may affect or be a part of your leadership journey. Also, think about some others in your network. What are some cultural differences or practices that you have observed?

We live in a global world full of different cultures. The more aware we are of the cultures and backgrounds of people the greater potential we have as leaders. Make it a point to be self- aware of  your cultural norms and background that have shaped you have and others on your team have as well.   Take advantage of teachable cultural moments and don't be afraid to show your leaders who you are.
