Moving Past Defeating Thoughts will cover the defining
defeating, negative thoughts that may keep us captive. They keep us
captive by preventing us from moving forward in life. This course is
about being in the present and being able to easily come back to the
present when our minds present us with overwhelming and defeating thoughts,
such as, being unworthy, being unloved, or simply reliving moments that
have been reconciled in the past. Sometimes it's a matter of thoughts that tell us that we are just not good enough. This course will cover methods by which
to move past these negative thoughts to help give our lives richer meaning.
These type of thoughts may never fully go away in one’s life, but techniques
can be put into place that assist with moving past these type of thoughts, if
that is necessary. Sometimes these
thoughts come back up because they need to be dealt with, sometimes though the
thought needs to be asked to leave the space that it holds in one's mind, and
that is the students choice.

Amber is a life coach, and entrepreneur.
