Introduction to the course and what we can expect and what we will be covering in the first week.
How can we find our true purpose, how can we find why we were actually born here? Do we all have a purpose? Yes we do, but many of us never do the work to find out what it is, we will find your purpose in this weeks sessions and your true message the world need to hear!
Fear is something we all have, but what is fear exactly? Fear is a trigger or a symptom of a belief you decided to belief at some time in your life. You are afraid of this and that because you decided to belief.....what....? We are gonna find that out together.
I like to call fear, Bob. Bob will always think you are about to die when you step outside the known, outside the box and try something new. Bob really, truly thinks you will die because he is only trying to protect you, so lets learn how to control Bob and put him into the back seat, strap him in there so he will not pull the steering wheel as we head into the unknown, as we grow as a person, as we become more, as we become wealthy. Fear is a lousy driver.
This method is to destroy you limiting beliefs. You can talk to your subconscious mind and tell it what you want it to pick up and change in your life. This method is really good, especially if you can't remember when or why you adopted this specific limiting belief.
This is the timeline. Here we go visually into your subconscious mind and explore it, find out where you adopted this limitation and how we can destroy it.
How do we talk to ourselves? Do you use the right language? If you have all your dreams come true, you probably do already, but if not, then it could be because you are using wrong language for the subconscious mind.
Why do we so often self sabotage our results? It's because you have not realigned yourself to the current results, to your current state, to your current weight. The skinny fatso, will punish themselves with a doughnut, while a person who has shifted their identity to match their now perfect body will punish themselves with more workouts or harder workouts, for example. If you forget to realign to the new you, then you are setting yourselves up for possible self sabotage patterns that can continue to repeat indefinitely.

The only way to prevent yourself from self sabotaging yourself is to remove your limits and to re-align your identity. When you realign you identity you become bigger on the inside to match the huge results you are about to achieve in your life. You need to re-align on a regular basis to keep on growing and taking the right steps towards your success story!

Locking something into the future is very powerful because if you think about it, when you know something is a bout to happen, but it has not, it will. You know you are going to the grocery store, yet you have not been there today and yet you know you will be there, how is this any different than knowing your biggest goals in life have already happened in your future?
