My name is Ashleigh-Jay and I teach Meditation and Self improvement. I enjoy inspiring and motivating whilst relaxing and calming people's minds. Alongside my teaching I work in the hospital helping patients with advanced dementia and help them to remain independent and help them to keep motivated and hopeful. Life doesn't stop because of an illness life stops when you decide to give up and you can't give up what you only have one of.
