Thank you for your interest in my mindfulness sound course! It's a taste of a more extensive, larger course I am currently working on. That's why I could really use your input. Feel absolutely free to send me your feedback.
This course is more than just theoretical information. Instead, you can actually experience a state of mindfuless as you practice the rather simple, but effective exercises, right from the comfort and safety of your own living room.
The exercises are professionally produced sound trainings, based on the beautiful ancient story of the Zen Master and his pupil. You will be taken to a mountain trail where you sit down and listen to the rippling mountain stream and comforting nature sounds. You will experience what real focus is and have a peak into your always present inner silence.
Besides the actual course, I will offer you full support if you have any questions or need a word of advice regarding mindfulness or meditation. Again, feel free to send me your personal message.
Do you like this course? I would be so thankful for you to leave a positive rating and/or review so more students will feel invited to enroll this training. I will use all input to create new, bigger and better sound courses.
Note: this course focuses more on practical training, rather than theoretical information and backgrounds.
A short introduction to the Mindfulness Sound Training course and why it is a great way to learn how to become more mindful.
What is mindfulness and why is it so great to experience it?
Information on using your senses to become more mindful. The focus will be on your ears, since this is a sound training.
A great story from ancient times that perfectly illustrates the importance of mindful listening.
Relive the story of the Zen Master's pupil by focusing on the mountain stream and thus practicing your mindfulness skills. During this exercise the only objective is to be focused on this one sound.
You'll be sitting next to the mountain stream again, but this time, more is happening. Let's just keep our focus, though.
This is the tough one. You will focus your attention to a real life sound source while I try to distract you.
There's an always present silence in you. Learn how to tap into it.
Focus on your inner silence to disconnect from the busy world around you.
Focus on your inner silence daily and experience huge benefits.
What will change after a period of practicing mindfulness?
Becoming mindful as a daily practice.
How can you encourage others to become more mindful?
In daily life I am a producer, voice-over and sound engineer. But also a mindfulness, meditation and Tao practitioner. It's my goal to create powerful online sound exercises to deliver an even better experience of what's usually only theoretical.
