This course is aimed at children between the ages of 11 - 16 years old. 

As adults ourselves, we lead very busy lives and so do our children. There can be many stresses that sit on the shoulders of children of this age. Not only exam pressure, peer pressure, social media as well as many other things, often children of this age can feel overwhelmed.

Once you have completed the course and upon successful completion of the Final Assessment, you will receive your Certificate with your qualification in Mindfulness for Teenagers.
