Compounding Period = If your loan is a 30 year loan compounding annually then your period is 30. More than likely the rate is compounded annually
Present Value = This is the amount of the loan
Future Value = This is usually 0, because you are bringing the amount to 0
Type = More than likely the type will be 0. The concept is based on if the loan compounds at the beginning of the year or at the end. Most loans compound at the end. 0 means end of the year and 1 means beginning of the year. More than likely you will use 0.
