As a Martial Arts practitioner for over 30 years and teaching for the majority of that time I love teaching Martial Arts. My name is Master Chris Berlow. I've had my own school for almost two decades and have helped both adults and children reach their full potential in and out of their martial arts training. I'm extremely passionate about giving my students a deeper understanding of the arts especially meditation. Nothing inspires me more than helping students understand how to meditate and help them receive benefits that last a lifetime.
Meditation is needed now! In the local schools, homes, the communities, everywhere! The use of personal technology devices and with degradation of inter-personal relations, there needs to be an intervention. The perfect solution is to teach the younger generation the skills of mindfulness and meditation and apply it to their everyday lives.
By the end of this course you'll definitely know how to meditate! Better yet, learn some great methods to introduce meditation for children. In this program we'll break down foundational meditation and breathing techniques that are practiced by many practitioners throughout the world.

Content and Overview
First thing you need to know is that there is no "FLUFF" here! We get right to the point! All video's are high def and professionally produced to help you learn how to meditate and be able to share with your children.
By the end of this course you'll learn:
Each lesson covered in this course will thoroughly explain and show students the techniques being discussed. Students must be sure to spend the time to practice because the only way to benefit is by practicing regularly.
The course is broken into three sections. First section explains the benefits of meditation and why it is important. Section two is really geared towards teaching the adult student how to practice meditation and develop the skills needed to show their children. Section three is focusing on ways to introduce and practice meditation with children.
Success Tip: The most important tip that will help you benefit from this course is to focus on the breathing. Breathing properly is essential to impactful meditation. Please be sure to block out the time to practice daily even if it is for just a few minutes.
All the lessons in “Meditation for Children" are instructed by Master Chris Berlow. Master Berlow had been practicing meditation for over 15 years under the guidance of his Taekwondo Grandmaster; Grandmaster Byung Min Kim. He is an avid Martial Arts practitioner and instructor, an outdoor enthusiast, author, co-author and entrepreneur. He has been practicing and teaching meditation for a very long time and continues his own spiritual training daily. All HD videos were filmed and edited by Offir Kilion. Mr. Kilion is a graphic artist, photographer and videographer. In addition, he owns and operates a successful graphic design company that offers the finest services available.

In this lesson, Master Berlow explains the three major benefits of meditation. The first is benefit discussed is Mental Clarity. Second is an increase in oxygen flow through your system through proper breathing. Third is meditation slows down your brain waves and calms your mind. This is extremely beneficial for children as well as adults.
In this lecture, Master Berlow explains the importance of letting go of your smart phone and disconnect from social media, email and all smart phone features. Your children will thank you for it. So many people miss incredible moments because they are too glued to their devices. Please, when practicing meditation with your children you are practicing mindfulness so you have to be present and mindful of the moment.

Breathing is the single most important skill we must understand in order to meditate properly. In this lecture, Master Berlow breaks down how to practice deep abdominal breathing to maximize your benefits of meditation.
In this lecture, Master Berlow explains how to practice sitting meditation. It is important to be sure to be in a quiet place free of distraction when you practice. It is also important to keep your spine erect and back straight and not slouched over. Good posture is essential to keep your energy flowing nicely.
In this lecture, Master Berlow spends the time showing how to practice meditation while lying down. Again, the most important part of meditation is breathing so when practicing, always focus on your breathing. Lying down meditation is great while your in bed before you start your day.
Standing meditation is great when you are in a situation where you cannot sit. It works wonderfully well when outdoors. Be sure to always bend your knees slightly which will help you keep balanced and not feel like you are tipping over.

Listening meditation is a wonderful way to introduce meditation to children. In this lecture Master Berlow demonstrates a listening meditation exercise with his students. This meditation could be done in or out doors and will help raise the senses of your children. Please take the time to practice this type of meditation and remember, encourage your children to breath properly.
In this lecture Master Berlow spends time teaching a simple but effective Ki Energy pattern. "Ki" means life force so with this exercise we are doing movements to increase our life source energy. When practicing yourself and practicing with your children, be sure to emphasize proper breathing through out the exercise. An added benefit to the Energy Exercises is the flexibility training as well. Enjoy!
Meditation comes in many forms. Master Berlow demonstrates with his students a mindfulness breathing exercise with walking meditation. Be sure to parallel the breathing with the stepping as you are walking and enjoying your surroundings.
There has been many studies that say that hiking is the most healthy and beneficial exercise you could do. You are in the natural environment away from all of the electromagnetic energy stressed of daily life. Learn to teach your children about the wonders of nature while taking them on random hikes. There is a great meditative quality to hiking so go on and see for yourself.
