Dr. Bernard Brookes is creator of the Mastery Zone System and the Self Mastery and Relationships Mastery Profiles. He is a Psychologist, Executive Coach, and Business and Information Technology Strategist. Dr. Brookes has been a Professor of Leadership and Executive Coach at University of Maryland, University College, in the Graduate School of Management and Technology. He has worked extensively as an enterprise architect with corporations and governments, helping to align business processes and functions, data and information technology with enterprise strategic goals. 

He has also been an Instructor in Psychology at Harvard Medical School, University of Lowell and Boston University.  Previous positions include: CEO - BHM International, Inc.; Executive Director – Center for Health and Development, Inc.; Director of Clinical Services- Hospital Management Division, Massachusetts Department of Mental Health; and Deputy Director of Operations – New Medico Associates, Inc. 

He earned a PhD and MA in Psychology at Boston University, and a MBA from the same institution. His undergraduate degree in Music is from Berklee College in Boston, Massachusetts.
