This course is all about habit change. Yes, you are going to learn some very important health tips, but more importantly you are going to learn how to make changes in your life. No more failed diets. This is truly about you and what you want to change.
This course has 4 modules.
All together the course is 2 hours long. However, if you do it right you should go through it in four weeks (one week per module). To take the to do the assignment at the end of each module. Within the modules are smaller sections. Some of them are information and others are exercises to do before the next lecture. DO THESE! This will help you in applying the knowledge.

An overview of the how and why of replacing the bad with good.

See a variety of foods that are healthy, cheap and easy to integrate into your diet.
How to create a positive environment in your home.

Helping people to change their unhealthy habits to healthy habits. My approach to health is finding balance between mind, body, emotions and spirit. When we find this balance we find health.
We look at your life in it's full. We figure out what is inhibiting you and what can empower you. By understanding your life in whole, we are then able to help you make a proper change.
