This is a unique course giving an insiders view of a subject that is rarely discussed. All too often, people know so little what makes a good marriage. Divorce creeps up on them and they are ill-equipped to deal with the complexities of the divorce process and the subsequent psychological toll that the divorce exacts on all parties.
As a student, you will see the inside of the divorce process. You will also learn about smart alternatives to the trial process. There are some valuable resources that will assist in the process.
The course is divided into 4 sections moving from divorce statistics to the actual divorce process and living and thriving afterward
Anyone who is curious about how a divorce may work, or if they feel vulnerable should rush to get into this course. It will help all of you as students.
Graduated University of Dayton 1972. Graduated University of Iowa Law School, with distinction, 1976. Practicing lawyer in Iowa and later Arizona until 2011. As a trial lawyer, handled hundreds of cases including Domestic cases. Divorced twice and ultimately lost my license to practice as a indirect result of the divorces. Suspended in 2011 and gave up my license to practice.
My overall experience and ultimate troubles lend not only realism, but credibility to the course. I now write and manage properties. I am the happiest I have ever been and look forward to finishing this course and possibly writing others.
