This first lesson will review the basics of marketing automation, how they could be applied to a startup environment and what benefits a startup will see by implementing marketing automation and specifically Mautic.

In this lesson we'll create a lead list to collect and organize our potential beta users.
This lecture walks through the steps necessary to create a form for collecting information from interested users.
Next we create a landing page that will contain the form we created in Lecture 3.
This is an alternate method for creating a landing page by using a CMS system and a Mautic plugin. You will need to use a CMS platform, in this example we will implement through WordPress.
We will create the emails you will send your users at various stages throughout the beta program. In this session we will create the basic emails that Whistler will use.
An asset is your "app" or your service you provide. In this session we will add Whistler's app and explore the benefits of using Mautic for managing assets.
We will create the campaign used to interact and engage with your beta users. This involves the automated process of enrolling users in the beta program, emailing the beta users, and collecting feedback.
