In Manifesting Your Best Life Part 1, you learned the core principles for harnessing the power of intention, attention, and synchronicity to fulfill your desires and destiny. This is the experience of living in SynchroDestiny – tapping into your inner knowing and paying attention to the clues and coincidences that support you in having what you really want in life. Now you are ready to take the next step on your journey of expanding awareness, joy, and fulfillment.
In Manifesting Your Best Life Part 2, you will build on the solid foundation you established in the Part 1 of the course with world-renowned teacher and author Deepak Chopra and course guide Amanda Ringnalda. Deepak will continue to guide you in the practice of the sutras – a powerful meditation technique that is rooted in the ancient Vedic tradition of India. Using the sutras will help you embed your intentions in your consciousness, which increases the likelihood that your desires will be fulfilled. We will complete our exploration of the sutras in this course and establish a daily sutra practice.
If you haven’t yet embarked on Part 1 of Manifesting Your Best Life with Deepak Chopra, we invite you to begin your journey today. If you have completed Part 2, we are excited to welcome you back as we continue to expand our ability to consciously create “good luck” in every area of our lives.
Manifesting Your Best Life Part 2 continues where Part 1 ends. Deepak and Amanda continue teaching you how to free yourself from limiting patterns and accumulated emotional pain so that you can experience your full potential as a co-creator of the universe.
As your awareness expands and you slowly awaken to your infinite, unbounded nature, you will naturally experience your life and the universe as a symphony of synchronicities.
People often use the terms “good karma” and “bad karma.” Good karma implies that good things are happening, while bad karma implies that bad things are happening. In reality, they are both prisons. Karma is:
Take heart! You are not doomed to be a prisoner of karma; through your actions and spiritual practice, you can liberate yourself from karma. The freedom that arises from transcending karma is referred to as moksha, or liberation.
As you continue on your journey, you will escape the prison of karma and bring about the true response of your soul, which is infinite creativity.
Holding onto negative energy and painful emotions is a major barrier to the spontaneous fulfillment of your desires. In this visualization, Deepak guides you to break through this barrier by transforming negative energy and painful experiences into higher states of awareness.
Moksha (MOKE-shah) is an ancient Sanskrit sutra that means freedom, liberation, or release. This sutra has been used for thousands of years by millions of people to transform negative energy into a higher state of awareness.
Moksha is the sutra for Thursday. You can also use this sutra any time you feel stressed, anxious, or out of balance. Imagine that you are pure, unlimited consciousness, free of whatever situation has thrown you off course.
As you release your emotional turbulence, joy, freedom, and abundance will arise naturally—and living in a state of inner peace will become a way of being.
You have unlimited potential to live in a state of SynchroDestiny. Your true nature is pure potential, infinite creativity, and unbounded possibility. Yet if you’re caught up in emotional turbulence or limiting beliefs, you will have difficulty recognizing the extraordinary opportunities and possibilities that surround you.
The Wheel of Awareness meditation created by Dr. Daniel Siegel uses the metaphor of the wheel to shine a light on the nature of consciousness. The hub of the wheel is awareness. Surrounding the hub are all the things that you can be aware of, including:
In the Wheel of Awareness meditation, you will begin to release the emotional barriers preventing you from fully accessing the creativity, freedom, and pure potentiality that are at the core of your true self.
The Wheel of Awareness meditation, guided by Deepak, allows you to experience four aspects of awareness:
The Wheel of Awareness becomes a visual metaphor that opens you to an experience of your infinite, unbounded self.
Deepak helps you gain a deeper understanding of archetypes, describing what they are and how to invoke them to support you on your journey of expanded well-being, joy, and the fulfillment of your desires and intentions
Archetypes are perennial themes that reside at the level of the collective, universal soul. These themes represent these aspects of our collective soul:
Each of us is attuned to a few specific archetypes that resonate with our soul’s unique purpose or calling. As you identify and invoke your archetypes, they release their patterning forces (states of information, energy, and awareness) that allow you to manifest your highest potential.
Shiva-Shakti (SHE-vah SHOCK-tee) is a sutra for activating your archetypes. This principle of SynchroDestiny encourages you to embrace both the masculine and feminine aspects of your being. One way to embrace both aspects of yourself is to call upon both masculine and feminine archetypes.
There are many ways to activate archetypes. Here are a few suggestions:
If you invite your archetypes in this way just after your daily meditation, you will start to feel their presence more strongly and more directly. They can provide access to hidden strengths within you.
Deepak guides you in a reflection on everything you’ve learned and experienced in the first two sections of this course, including these core principles:
We trust that you are beginning to experience more coincidences and moments of grace in your life. Nothing—absolutely nothing—would exist were it not for a remarkable set of coincidences. Everything is in perfect harmony. Every moment of your life is perfectly orchestrated because you are part of the universe.
In every moment your perceptions shape the reality you experience. Everything that you see, taste, smell, touch, and hear come together to create your perceptual reality. This reality isn’t fixed but is ever changing with your state of consciousness. You are experiencing your own consciousness rather than a reality that exists “out there.”
The source of perceptual reality is fundamental reality, or consciousness. Consciousness shapes your perceptions and is the source of all your experiences. When your consciousness is constricted, your perceptions are clouded and you may be stuck in conditioned, limiting thoughts of the past or worries about the future. As your consciousness expands, your perceptions change, and therefore your reality changes.
Ritam (REE-tahm) is the sutra for Saturday. It comes from the English word rhythm and means “I am alert to the conspiracy of improbabilities.” The seventh and final principle incorporates all other aspects of SynchroDestiny to form an approach to life that comes from self-awareness.
Deepak reminds you that many of your actions are determined by karmic conditions. In order to break free from your karmic conditioning, you need to:
Every time you meditate you let go of karmic conditioning and awaken to coincidences. As you cultivate awareness and pay attention to coincidences, you’ll find that they accelerate, creating even more opportunities and possibilities.
This guided exercise will open you to coincidences and messages from your soul. You will begin by developing awareness of your environment, including specific:
As you become attuned to the extended body of your environment, you will be more alert to the clues and messages from the universe that are guiding you to the fulfillment of your dreams and desires.
Each of the seven states of consciousness represents an increase in our experience of synchronicity, and each progressive state moves us closer to the ideal of enlightenment.
Everyone commonly experiences the first three states of consciousness:
Unfortunately, most people never move beyond these three states into the four higher states of consciousness:
4. Soul consciousness
5. Cosmic consciousness
6. Divine consciousness
7. Unity consciousness
SynchroDestiny accelerates your ability to advance through the stages of consciousness. As you do, your entire outlook on the world will change because:
Deepak explains that your experience of reality is totally dependent on your state of consciousness. Consciousness conceives, governs, and becomes the world you experience.
You only experience that which you’re aware of, and you are only aware of that which you pay attention to. As you cultivate awareness of awareness, reality will shift as you open the doors to greater:
Ultimately, as you reach the highest state of consciousness—unity consciousness—you see the whole universe as your own extended body. In unity consciousness, your inner being radiates passion, love, and ecstasy. This is the state of enlightenment.
Manifesting your best life is about going beyond limiting, conditioned ways of thinking and acting—and tapping into your infinite potential for healing, creativity, and transformation. As exciting new research in neuroscience and genetics reveals, your ability to become the author of your own life story extends to the level of your genes.
Your genes are not your destiny. Current evidence shows us that while you can’t alter the structure of your genes or the sequence of your DNA, you can change the activity of your genes by creating a lifestyle that includes:
Through daily lifestyle choices, you can “turn on” the good genes and “turn off” the bad genes—and you can do it quickly, in less than three or four months. Your choices for connection and vibrant health ripple out into the world, expanding well-being, love, and harmony on the planet.
You are the creator of your own story, the author of your own life. As you complete the course, Amanda guides you in a final exercise that will help you plant your seeds of intention in three key areas of your life:
We trust that you are beginning to recognize that your true nature is infinite and unbounded. You are pure consciousness having a temporary human experience.
Throughout this adventure in consciousness, you have:
You are awakening to your full potential and opening to experience unconditional love, joy, bliss, and equanimity in every moment. All that you need is an eagerness to join the cosmic dance and a willingness to seek the miracles of the soul.
Thank you for joining us on this journey!
