Caesar Rondina, Clinical Education Specialist and Director Of Training

Attended University of Bridgeport and University of New Haven in Connecticut. I am a retired professional Firefighter, a State of Connecticut Paramedic and Emergency Medical Services Instructor certified by the State Of Connecticut. I also hold instructor certificates in Advance Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Pediatric Life Support, CPR, Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support, and Marine and Aviation Electronics. I am a Clinical Education Specialist for a large commercial ambulance company, and the Director Of Training for their SW Connecticut Region. I have many Coordinators and a staff of 32 Instructors I direct, and an employee staff of 217 employees. I owned my own two-way radio electronics business for 17 years, and have also worked as a Traffic Manager, Distribution Manager, and instruct for the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary as well as holding a United States Coast Guard Master Captains License. I have also taken many courses on employee relations, and management skills. I was a member of many union bargaining units, which with all combined, has given me a well rounded view of all aspects of the employee work force and management principals.
